Errors are reported in the log files located in the installation directory !

1314: privilege not held.
 main reasons:

· user/group Everybody is not allowed to log on as batch

minor reasons:

· the user to be logged on is not in 'Everybody'
 

1385: Logon type not granted
 main reasons:

· user/group Everybody is not allowed to log on as batch

rcon.exe:
Error message: CreateFile ...
Reason: The delegation on the remote host has been disabled.
